3. Do you use our output as an input in a manufacturing process (e.g. laser cutting)? If there are any another end-users, we may need to get their input. We find email unreliable, and prefer to use our web based workflow system to communicate with clients. If your deadlines are accurate, we will build in a buffer for contingencies. Understanding your preferences helps us calibrate our services to ensure satisfaction.
